I need to know the approx measurements for the PaperChase bowling bag. I need to know by today because I need to order it today for it to come by Thursday. Please tell me. It's for my friends birthday and it needs to fit A4 papers and folders inside. Thank You. And is it for actually bowling?

Question Where can I buy rubber wheels for a bowling bag?
I bought a bowling bag w/hard plastic wheels. It makes a lot of noise on the street. The wheels are 5 feet high and 2 inches wide. I'm trying to find out the dimensions of the axel. Is there any place to buy rubber to just place over the wheels? Where can I buy rubber wheels? I've tried toy stores, hardware stores, hobby stores, luggage stores, bike stores and the manufacturer I bought the bag from.
