Dexter Bowling Shoes

Question My Dexter bowling shoes are slick on left and right and can't get a good pushoff. How do I get more grip?
Each shoe has a cloth, felt-like material on the bottom and I slip when I push-off with my right foot. I know more expensive shoes have a grip foot and a slide foot, so how do roughen up the right shoe to make it grip more?
